Shipping policy
All orders are dispatched within 1~3 business day after payment cleared.
The standard delivery time is 5-15 working days. If you need fast shipping, please contact us before placing an order.
International shipping may be levied import duties and taxes when the delivery reaches the specified destination. Buyer will be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have made appropriate arrangements to accept delivery, a phone number and more accurate address is recommended. If you fail to accept delivery and the Product is returned to us you will be responsible for any return charges imposed by the courier.
Return policy
As stores re-open to customers, we are accepting returns, exchanges or damaged products at all open store locations on a limited basis. KUNWU offers a 90-day return policy, however, if your receipt is expiring soon, we will take our closing and limited re-opening periods into consideration. You must have your receipt in order to return your product.
It's OK to change your mind!
If you're not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 90 days, together with proof of purchase, for a full refund. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase. We are unable to refund or exchange your items if your merchandise is found to be dirty, stained, damaged or abused.
You must have your receipt in order to return your product.
You will be required to present a valid Order ID for all returns and replacement made in store. Information from your Order ID will be retained in a company-wide database to be used only for authorizing returns.
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to make the purchase.
