Welding Considerations

The electrodes and rods of ER4043 are primarily for use with the inert gas arc welding processes. However, they may be used with other welding processes such as electron beam or oxyfuel gas welding.
GENERAL NOTES:

Recommendations apply to gas shielded arc welding processes. For oxyfuel gas welding, only ER1188, ER1100, ER4043, ER4047, and ER4145 filler metals are ordinarily used.
